80's inspired shirt

I slit my sisters shirt for an 80's inspired look. It's a piece if her Halloween costume, but she could wear it any other time of the year and so can you.  I cut the top portion so that it would hang off her shoulder. (You know how all the girls in the 80's had the peak-a-boo shoulder thing going.) Then I cut the sleeves : back, and front horizontally aprx an inch in-half. I liked the minimalist result of the shirt, but let me know what ya think?

if you swallow a watermellon seed you'll turn into a watermelon

After sculpting and drying the watermelon I sent it to dry in a kiln and latter painted it. I mixed and harmonized compatible colors, because I wanted to show a true comparison from an actual watermelon to my art. I finished it with a gloss to add shine. The whole concept was to create a mythological creature/ idea. I.E my mythology is if you eat a watermelon seed you will turn into one, so I created this cute little watermelon and it is actually in the secound to last stage of becoming a true watermelon... you see it screaming and then it closes and turns in a watermelon. What do you think?

The mini skirt with white print sure came handy - while the young gal leaps over. The length gave her the flexibility needed ... Idk about the shoes. Those could have had less of a heel? But Fashion-Beauty are a must  when  leaping between colossal gaps. The gap between the fashion and art in this image are not far from each other. They are created by two different artist who create beauty.

Designers Inspiration

Designers are inspired by the world around us! The design below is  inspired by the beta fish's color: softness and pattern. The drape of the dress moves as if it were the actual beta gliding the water,  this effortless, but exceptional dress carries the elegance and beauty the Beta offers.

Fashion's Iconic designers

These four designers: Marc Jacobs, Coco Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, and Alexander MC Queen have not only brought exceptional pieces to the world of fashion, but have challenged the way we dress and changed fashion forever. Coco Chanel showed us that simplicity was luxury, and followed the era of non constricting clothes she thought women should be able to move, moreover be able to breathe , THANK YOU CHANEL!! Alexander MC Queen pushed fashion to the limits. He created the "Bumster", which came to use for night goers. Although MC Queen passed in 2010 Sarah Burton keeps MC Queens vision in every collection. Yves, was a powerful figure in fashion,he was admired and respected by many, including Tom Ford. Marc Jacobs continues creating exceptional pieces, and is loved by many fashionistas, designers, and celebrities.

Fashion is Not Limited to Clothing

Ariel, the one with luscious red hair: big beautiful eyes, swims through the ocean sprinkling her magic while bringing music to the dreadful -all the reason to tattoo her on your canvas. I love Ariel since a child and can identify with the ones who choose to get her inked, because they will have a reminder of the joy and beauty Ariel gave us as children. Thanking  the amazing  artist who bring their amazing skills to the expressive individuals.
